  • Is this a personal program or a Church-organized program?*

  • Will Reverend David Mbebi / Pastor Vany Mbebi be the only preacher?*

  • Reverend David Mbebi / Pastor Vany Mbebi usually takes at least an hour to minister. Will there be at least one hour slot for Reverend /Pastor Mbebi's ministry in your program?*

  • Reverend/ Pastor Mbebi's team usually asks for a video and audio recording of his ministry. Will there be a recording of the event for Reverend/ Pastor Mbebi's media team?*

  • Please provide the time slot and number of meetings Reverend/ Pastor Mbebi is invited to speak at*

  • We ask that you bear the travel and accommodation costs. Would your budget allow for this?*

By sending this email you hereby give your consentthat I agree that this booking form by mail is for the sole purpose of collecting information required by Revolution Movement International to consider the invitation/request.
I agree that where applicable and depending on the nature of each meeting/event, the following (but not limited to) travel expenses, fees, visa processing fees, Covid testing, room and board, etc. may be required and Revolution Movement International should confirm the invitation , more details will be in a letter of agreement to be emailed.
I agree that Revolution Movement Int. content/services will not be sold, reproduced, or distributed for a fee at this event without the consent or written permission of Revolution Movement International.
I agree that all information is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I agree that Revolution Movement International reserves the right to rescind/withdraw if information provided by prospective hosts is determined to be incorrect.
I agree that the transmission of this mail and a confirmation of same by Revolution Movement International does not CONFIRM the request/invitation in any way, unless expressly stated in a confirmation email sent from the official Revolution Movement International email.
